Can't say enough good things about precision plumbing. Was able to fit me in on a days noticed. Super professional and knowledgeable. Came in and got my water heater swapped out in no time. Hauled away the old heater and trash, left just as clean as they showed up.

Joe and his crew installed a 3 stage whole house water filter and also did a major repipe involving my basement and first floor potable water lines. There were so many pieces to this project, but Joe and his crew handled all of them supremely well. I was impressed by the attention to detail and the craftsmanship on all the work. I am thrilled to now know a plumber like Joe that I can trust for future projects.

Called Joe from Precision yesterday after he was recommended by a neighbor. He was quick and responsive, came out same day to help with our broken faucet and missing pressure reducer. He diagnosed the problem quickly, offered us good/better/best options to replace it, and then was texting me and my husband options of new faucets to make sure he replaced it with one that matched our kitchen style. We really appreciated it. He had everything back up and working super quickly. Super nice guy. Would definitely call him again.

We were having some issues with discoloration in our water and had Joe come out to replace our defunct 1-stage whole house water filter with a new 3-stage filter. He was available the same day I called him to work up a quote, and provided us with a straightforward and well-informed assessment of our plumbing. I felt like the price he quoted was very fair, he was back the very next day (right on time), and the work was done very quickly (maybe 1.5 hours, all told).

Joe came out to fix a burst pipe, and install a water line to my fridge. The job ended up not being as simple as a burst pipe (there was a leak at another place and my hose bib had issues)—and Joe kept me apprised of the situation, was totally transparent about pricing, and did a great job. On time, very communicative. It could not have gone better. I hope not to have any plumbing issues in the near future, but I will 110% be calling Joe at Prevision if anything comes up.
